    This Policy is Privacy Policy applies for all users of the company’s website which controlled by Mettier Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (“the Company”), acting as Data Controller in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E 2562, which specifies that the Company shall gather, collect and use personal data of the user according to the Scope and Purpose of Metthier Co., Ltd.

    This Policy shall cover the user of the Company’s website e.g., the user of service.

    According to this Policy, the meaning of following terms are set forth below;

    Processing means the action conducted by the Company with personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure and deletion.

    Legal Bases means justifiable reasons to process personal data in accordance with Section 24 and Section 26 of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E 2562

    This policy may be timely revised at any time as it will be notified via appropriate communication channels.

    The Company shall process the following personal data:

    • Address/Contact e.g.  Address, Mobile number and Email etc.
    • IT Data e.g.  Cookie ID etc.
    • Profile Data e.g.  CV/Resume etc.
  • How do we collect your personal data?

    The Company will usually collect personal data of the user of the Company’s website directly via the following process;

    • Collecting cookie ID from the user’s website (For details, please see cookies policy)
    • Filling personal data in the form on the website.

    However, the Company may collect additional data via third party Organizations which will include;

    • Google Platform
    • CRM Web
  • How does the Company use your personal data?

    The Company shall use all personal data to carry out tasks in according with the Company’s objectives which related to the use of the Company’s website as per the groups of activities, under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E 2562 as summarized below:

    The Company will only process the personal data according to the purposes and scope provided. If there came upon a case where personal data were to be processed for other purposes unclarified above, the Company would ask for new consent to process the personal data for such purpose.

  • Use of Personal Data with third-party Organizations

    The Company may be required to send the personal data to third party organizations and process personal data in accordance with the contract or the legal obligation e.g. Sparrow/ Optiwise.

    For the case where personal data is being sent to the third-party organizations, the Company will ensure that the minimum amount of personal data is being sent and consider the data anonymization and data pseudonymization methods for greater security. Nevertheless, the third party organizations who will process the personal data for Metthier, will be required to have an appropriate privacy policy. The Company will not allow the third-party organizations to use the personal data in a way that diverge from the scope and purpose provided.

  • Transmission or Transfer of personal data to other countries

    According to the data processing activities specified herein this Privacy Policy, the Company does not transfer personal data to any foreign countries.

  • Security Measures for Personal Data Protection

    The Company has implemented security measures for the personal data of the user of the Company’s website. The third person who is processing the personal data for the Company must follow the order and agree to carry out the security measures of the personal data.   • Period of Personal Data Storage

    The Company shall keep the personal data throughout for the appropriate period according to the Company’s scope and purpose including other essence necessary works which involving with legal requirements, accounting and follow-up of auditing process (Please see more information at the Period of Personal Data at Metthier Data Retention Policy).

  • Right of Data Subject

    Your personal data rights will include:

    • Right of Access – you have the right to request a copy of all your personal data and assess whether the company is processing your personal data in accordance with the law or not.
    • Right to Data Portability – for the case where a company has an automated platform allowing you to access your personal data automatically:
    • Right to Object – you have the right to object to any data process activity of your personal data.
    • Public Task or legitimate interest
    • Direct marketing purposes
    • Science, historical or statistic analysis except it is necessary for carrying out the mission which related to the Company’s public interest
    • Right to Erasure – you have the right to request data deletion or anonymization, in accordance to the following cases:
      • Expiration of data processing required terms
      • Consent has been revoked
      • Objections raised on the data processing activity
      • The processing activity is not in accordance with the law
    • Right to restrict processing – you have the rights to restrict any data processing activities, in accordance with the following cases:

     

    • During the process of personal data assessment as requested
    • When the personal data will be destroyed or delete but you request to cease using instead
    • When the personal data is no longer necessary for the objectives of data collection but you request us to keep storing such personal data for the objectives of legal claims and obligations
    • During the process of personal data processing objection verification

    Right to Rectification – You have the right to edit your personal data to be correct, valid and up to the present. If it finds that the personal data is not correct, valid and up to date, the company might not edit this themselves.

    In the cases where the Company may not be able to perform as per your request such as it is necessary to carry out as per the contract or legal obligations etc. However, in the case your consent was granted in processing personal data, you have the right to revoke your consent by contacting to all related departments. The Company will be required to terminate all processing as soon as possible. However, any data process activity carried out before the revocation will not be reversed.

    In the case where you have the intention to exercise your personal data protection rights or you have any complain regarding personal data processing, please contact Data Protection Officer at email: customerservice@metthier.com. The Company will process this request in a secure and timely manner as specified by law.  However, you are entitled to file a complaint regarding personal data unprotection to Office of the Personal Data Protection Commission.

  • Policy Revision

    This Policy applies to all users of the Company’s website and was last updated on 16th August 2023. The Company reserves the right to review and edit this Policy as thinks fit. Any revision which is made will be notified and the Company may remind you regarding the processing of your personal data from time to time.
