Metthier Launches as Thailand's First Smart Facility Management Service Provider

Metthier announces its official launch as Thailand’s first smart facility management service provider. The launch aims to elevate property management through the Metthier Intelligent Operation Center (MIOC), 3D Visualization, and Digital Mapping. Metthier offers tailored Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each company and seamlessly integrates AI and IoT technologies to monitor and optimize every aspect of property management, including the use of smart robotics. This initiative aims to create safe environments and enhance the quality of life for all corporate entities with three new services.

It generates 3D Visualizations and Digital Mapping coordinates to provide comprehensive imagery of each floor, facilitating real-time incident identification and swift problem resolution.

 

In addition, Metthier introduces its Workforce Management System, optimizing personnel deployment and enhancing operational efficiency. Integrated with the MettLink Platform, this system utilizes facial recognition technology for time tracking and enables instant communication between the MIOC and on-ground personnel, ensuring rapid response and precise incident management.

1. Visitor Management Solutions

    • Smart Parking Solution: Leveraging License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology powered by AI identifies and interprets license plate characters in real-time. It also links with the visitor registration system to efficiently track individuals entering or exiting buildings via vehicle registration. Furthermore, it analyzes all parking data, recommends optimal parking spaces, and enhances parking space planning efficiency, saving users’ time.

 

2. Security as a Service
